Why is natural deodorant important for you?

Why is natural deodorant cream important for you | trends

Traditional deodorant and antiperspirant are very harmful to your health because of their toxic ingredients, while they cause a host of health problems and concerns, especially for women.

When we perspire, we are excreting and releasing toxins. The skin is the largest organ of elimination and the body will use the skin to eliminate.

When one truly understands the function of the sweat glands, will learn how deleterious antiperspirants are. Many believe that antiperspirants and deodorants are the same thing. But they are certainly not.

Antiperspirants work by irritating the skin to cause inflammatory reaction accompanied by swelling and expansion of the cells around the sweat duct and it's opening to shrink. This reduces the amount of sweat that can get to the surface.

And not only this, what about the harmful chemical ingredients antiperspirants contain that enter into the body from their use? Anything that goes on your body ENTERS into your body and your bloodstream.

Harmful chemicals such as: aluminum chloride, propylene glycol, triclosan, alcohol, aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex-gly, sodium silver aluminum silicate, stearyl alcohol, and urea to name a few.

Aluminum chloride is an irritant and reacts with water in perspiration to form hydrochloric acid that causes irritation and reddened skin.

Propylene glycol is used in engine degreaser and other industrial products. It shouldn’t be used in or on your body.

Aluminum has an affinity for the brain and pineal gland and large concentrations of toxic aluminum develop in these body parts. Aluminum has been implicated as the number one cause of Alzheimer's disease.

Triclosan is a synthetic antibacterial made from petroleum. It is toxic and also a skin irritant.

Women breast diseases can be attributed to, at least in part, to the constant wearing of bras and the constant use of harmful deodorants and antiperspirants to mask body odor. The research has been performed and a good book on the subject is "Dressed to Kill: The Link Between Breast Cancer and Bras " by Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer. When women wear bras, especially tight-fitting bras, they are impairing lymphatic flow and when lymph is impaired, toxins accumulate. Excess accumulation of toxins cause internal toxin bags (cysts, tumors) to develop in an attempt to hold the toxins in a gesture to save or protect the body.

Deodorants work by neutralizing odor, leaving the skin to breathe with the help of antiseptic properties that fight bacteria. It is preferable to use deodorants than blocking sweating process with antiperspirants. Over the counter deodorants, however, do not contain aluminum salts, but many brands have in composition other substances potentially harmful ingredients such as alcohol- which excessively dries skin in the armpits, parabens and preservatives that are found on the label under various names: methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben. Deodorants allow the "liberation" of perspiration and contain substances that, on the one hand, mask the smell with various perfumes, and on the other hand kill bacteria that cause odor when in contact with sweat.

However, given the majority of women and men suffering from bad odors when they sweat leading to one of their biggest complexes, the use of a deodorant is necessary, even vital. So what is the answer? One solution for those who are conscious of the harmful chemicals effects on their skin is the use of natural and organic deodorants, which is the right alternative to let bodies perspire and skin breathe.
