Free Shipping within Canada.
All orders C$80+ receive free standard shipping. No code needed.
Order Processing Time.
All orders are processed same day if ordered by 3 P.M. or next day if ordered after 3 P.M. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Priority Mail Domestic orders for Canada are typically delivered within 1-2 business days, after leaving our facilities, depending on your location (Ottawa 1-day, Ontario 2-days, Montreal 2-days, rest of Canada 2-5 days). Priority Mail Domestic Orders in Canada under C$80 ship for a flat rate of C$9.
Shipping to Third Party.
We accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in Canada.
Tracking Orders & History.
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number (if available). Please note that tracking information may be available for extra cost. All our shipments are complimentary insured for a value of $100.

Gift Cards Terms and Conditions.
- If you've received a complimentary Gift Card from Vooqo you may use it in store or online by entering the CVC (3 digit code) from the back of the Gift Card into the "Enter a promo code" at checkout
- Vooqo Gift Cards can be purchased at vooqo.ca or in-store.
- Vooqo eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
- Vooqo Post Gift Cards are delivered via shipping. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
There is no charge for email and/or post-delivery. Gift Cards may only be redeemed by visiting us online at Vooqo.ca or in-store. The Gift Cards are to be redeemed anytime.
Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions (“TERMS”)
Thanks for shopping at Vooqo. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the conscious beauty products we formulate and manufacture. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Vooqo Online Store, in a Vooqo Retail Store, or on the phone with the Vooqo Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Vooqo Store” in this policy.)
Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased on the Vooqo Store can be returned to Vooqo Store for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Vooqo will gladly refund within 15 days from the day of purchase. Once we received your item the refund is issued immediately.
Any returned item must be in the original packaging and/or slightly used.
All returns are subject to validation and approval by Vooqo.
Exchange an item
Items ordered on Vooqo Online Store that arrived damaged or is incorrect can be returned within 15 days by contacting Customer Support and we'll make sure the mistake is being corrected without any additional cost for you.
The Vooqo Online Store accepts a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discovery and the Vooqo Gift Cards.
Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service telephone number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order match the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the telephone number on the back of your credit card to confirm.
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.
When Vooqo charges your account
Vooqo receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card may be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
My credit card was declined, can I re-authorize it?
If your order was not authorized, please confirm you have correctly entered your credit card details and place your order again. If you still have difficulties please contact your credit card company to make them aware of your order.
If you have already received an order number but were informed that your card was declined, to prevent further delay of your order, please:
1. Contact your card provider to advise them that you have placed an order with Melli Corp. so that the payment can be processed.
Credit cards accepted
If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Vooqo Store Gift Card
You can anytime redeem a Vooqo Store Gift Card at any Vooqo Store or Vooqo.ca by entering the CVC code at check-out.
